Marilie Croul knows Laguna well: She moved to Laguna with her family in 1969 and lived in Laguna and Laguna Niguel until eight years ago. Her father was one of the first sales agents for Coldwell Banker in the 60's. As a little girl, Marilie would ride 'shot gun' with him to view his potential listings. Her interest in real estate started at an early age!

Eight years ago Marilie began her real estate career as an agent selling homes, ranch properties, large acreage, etc., in the Aguanga/Temecula California area.
